The design approach blends modernity with simplicity, using raw, tactile materials like formwork concrete in clean, minimalist shapes, balanced by the transparent elegance of glass. The floor plan is organized into floating islands, true design scenarios where ideas and projects come to life. Special attention is given to the materials and mock-up area, a space designed to enhance the creative process with architectural models and samples.
The cold rigor of the materials is softened by the warmth of wood, thoughtfully applied in flooring and custom-made tables, and complemented by a carefully designed lighting system that adds balance and comfort. Smart home technology completes the environment, enhancing the work experience and offering a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality.
